iSpeed's Smart School inititiative grew out our desire to help private schools lower costs and streamline their systems so money that comes in can be spent on the important areas of teaching and learning.
The Smart School package includes a base system and specific modules that can be added as budget and needs allow.
Core System:
$495 a month includes a leased server system and core network. The system can be located on site or hosted in the public cloud.
Voice Module:
A Voice over IP system that includes IP phones and a hosted or local IP phone system.
Media Module:
A sermon recording and publishing module that allows sermons to recorded and burned to CD or published to public websites. The system also includes powerpoint slide system for use with a big screen projector
Heating and Air Module:
A module that allows control and programming of heating and cooling systems via computer network or iPhone
Security and Lighting Module:
A module that includes IP security cameras and lighting controls that are programmable via computer network or iPhone
Marketing Module:
A module that includes a multi user website that is easy to update and includes built in editing tools. A email newsletter system and initial template development.
School Database and Document Management Module:
A module that allows tracking member contributions, contact information, calendaring, group discussions, and document management
