One of our long time clients was expanding and required larger office space. iSpeed did the move planning including Internet Circuit upgrade, System Moves, and Reassembly Testing. They are up and running in their new space.

New School year starting up and IT director overloaded. iSpeed assists with virtual servers for student Math Lab and improved Security with new Firewall system and Wireless Access.

PiSpeed recently completed an upgrade from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 for a local lawfirm. They are already realizing improved security and reliability. We migrated their in house law application without issues.

iSpeed Prepares School for The Future
Paper is quickly becoming outdated. A small private school in Roswell, GA is thinking ahead of the curve and is in the process of completely digitizing all of their internal documents. iSpeed Solutions is playing a major role in the project, technologically. So far, we installed a 1 terabyte (that's a lot of storage) Network Attached Storage (NAS) device as well as Microsoft Data Protection Manager. This first step will assure that they do not lose any thing during the digital conversion process. Check back soon to see how we completed the next step.....

iSpeed Mondernizes Construction Company
iSpeed installed a new server and whisper computer system for a local construction firm. The system now provides centralized file and print services as well as multiuser Quickbooks. It also provides automated backup and restore capability. The server utilizes the latest solid state drive system for dramatic performance over traditional drives or cloud computing environments.

iSpeed's Thanksgiving Recovery
A local Atlanta Law Firm's server decided to die Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. The hardware completely died and they had deals that had to be completed by Friday. The server was HP and all the repair shops wouldn't touch it until Monday. iSpeed came through with a spare server and had the client up again by Friday after lunch. We all got to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with Family and Friends, but also put our client 1st on Friday. When the chips are down call iSpeed as we come through when all other options are exhausted.

iSpeed Recovers Crashed Exchange Mail Server
iSpeed rescues corporate exchange mail server after system crash. A client reported a failed Exchange server on a Thursday evening. iSpeed did troubleshooting and disaster recovery. Systems were up an functioning again by 11 a.m. the next day.

iSpeed Modernizes Hotel Corporation Infrastructure
iSpeed Solutions is currently engaged in upgrading the infrastructure of a major Hotel Corporation corporate office systems.
We are installing iSpeed's newest product the Whisper (Windows 7, Solid State Drive, NetTop) to replace aging Windows XP and Vista Systems.
We are also upgrading Servers to a flexible virtualizaiton environment including Windows Server 2008 R2.

iSpeed's Great World Cup Save
Late Sunday night (June 20, 2010) we received notice that Diesel Pizza had been hit by lightening! The powerful strike wiped out their server, switch and one of their Point of Sale Stations. This meant that they would need to hand write all of their food orders, oh no! In addition, Diesel Pizza was airing the World Cup Soccer games the next day at their restaurant. This meant that they were expecting to be much busier than usual. Handwriting food orders would have greatly reduced their ability to get orders out efficiently. (We all know that we want our food and drinks in a reasonable time when eating out.) iSpeed was able to get the issue fixed and functional in less than 12 hours. By lunchtime, Diesel Pizza was serving their delicious food and showing the World Cup matches to soccer (I'm sorry, "futbol") fans in the Roswell area. As an added bonus, we also improved the reliability of their wireless network. This allowed fans to check additional scores online while enjoying a delicious meal and watching an outstanding "Futbol" match.

A Good Night's Sleep

It was the Sunday night before the staff and students were due to return from Spring Break when I realized that the SERVERS WERE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY WHICH WOULD HALT CLASSES AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS. I prepared myself for a long, sleepless night of network repair when I called iSpeed Solutions. Their systems engineer was able to login to my netwwork from the iSpeed office, diagnose the problem and FIX IT REMOTELY! The staff and students returned from Spring Break the next day and were able to contiune on as usual (much to the discontent of the students).

iSpeed Saves Accounting Firm from Missing
an Important Tax Deadline
iSpeed Solutions received a desperate phone call from an Accounting Firm early on a Saturday morning. Their network was down and they were unable to access fundamental files needed to prepare several documents. Although this accounting firm was not a current client of iSpeed Solutinos, we did not hesitate to jump right in to fix the situation. After a short visit, the issue was resolved and the deadline was met without any additional issues.
