Current Openings:
Project Manager: Filled 12-1-09
This position works with clients developing project scope with time and billing estimates. Experience using MS Project and Cost Estimating a plus. The candidate will work directly with Systems Engineers in developing project plans and presenting to clients. The project manager tracks the job to completion and interfaces with billing to ensure invoices are sent and paid timely.
Technical Sales Rep:
This position will develop and follow up on new client leads and make presentations to potential clients. An Ideal client map will be followed to assist iSpeed in developing a client base that fits our expertise and experience level. Great communication skills and basic technical background required. Commission based salary with recurring revenue as long as you stay with iSpeed.
Bookkeeper / Billing Assistant:
This position requires basic accounting skills working with small business account reconcilliations, billing and time, item list and product development from a financial planning perspective. Daily activities will include invoicing, credit card collections, report building including profit / loss statements, etc as needed by the business owner. Part time to start with some remote work opportunities after training / proven skill level.
SharePoint Designer:
This position is part time contract work maintaining and developing sharepoint sites. Experience with SharePoint Designer, SQL 2005 / 2008 and SharePoint Services 3.0 required. Opportunities to work in private school and small business app developement environments.
Systems Technician: Filled - 7-30-09
This position is part time contract work supporting Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 desktops and laptops. Experience in remote troubleshooting, VPN, Remote Desktop, Office 2003 / 2007 product support. Interns and training available for the right candidate.
